The planning for the event took about three months, during which I led the team of volunteers and coordinated with our workshop leaders: Alana Okun, Fabrizio Guiccioni, Ryan Rotella, Josh Zhong, and Lachlan Campbell. I designed the event’s branding and posters, coded the official website, and created custom acrylic crocodile badges as unique memorabilia for attendees.

One of the projects, ‘The Vapagotchi’ , by Lucia Camacho and Rebecca Xun received significant media attention and sparked widespread interest.
